Job Context : We are looking for Customer Service Agent (part time) for One/Two Month
Job Description / Responsibility :
- Coordinate information to customers browsing our websites during store discovery, order and checkout. Including after sales support.
- Perform phone conversation with customers to answer their questions, provide information and advise them.
- Must be able to handle customer over chat and emails
- Handle special requests and complaints of customers
- Ensure quality customer service & retention through hotline.
- Collect and store useful data within our back end system.
- Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
Job Nature : Part-time, Contractual
Educational Requirements :
- Good Bachelor degree from reputed Public/ Private university of Bangladesh.
- Preferably students from English Medium background
Job Requirements :
- Age 22 to 29 year(s)
- Can work on roster based duty
- Knowledge on MS Office

Salary Range :
