Job Context : We are looking for Customer Service Agent (part time) for One/Two Month
Job Description / Responsibility :
  • Coordinate information to customers browsing our websites during store discovery, order and checkout. Including after sales support.
  • Perform phone conversation with customers to answer their questions, provide information and advise them.
  • Must be able to handle customer over chat and emails
  • Handle special requests and complaints of customers
  • Ensure quality customer service & retention through hotline.
  • Collect and store useful data within our back end system.
  • Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
Job Nature : Part-time, Contractual
Educational Requirements :
  • Good Bachelor degree from reputed Public/ Private university of Bangladesh.
  • Preferably students from English Medium background
Job Requirements :
  • Age 22 to 29 year(s)
  • Can work on roster based duty
  • Knowledge on MS Office

Salary Range :
