- শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: স্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে নার্সিং বিষয়ে ডিপ্লোমা অথবা Family Welfare Visitor (FWV) প্রশিক্ষণ/ডিপ্লোমা।
- নিবন্ধন: বাংলাদেশ নার্সিং কাউন্সিলের নিবন্ধন থাকতে হবে।
- অভিজ্ঞতা: সরকারি বা স্বায়ত্তশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠানে নার্সিং কাজে চার বছরের অথবা পরিবার কল্যাণ পরিদর্শন কাজে পাঁচ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা।

- পদসংখ্যা: ১৯টি অস্থায়ী পদ।
- গ্রেড: ১২তম।
- বেতন স্কেল: ২৪,৩০০–৫৮,৭০০ টাকা।
- শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: স্বীকৃত নার্সিং ইনস্টিটিউট থেকে নার্সিং বিষয়ে ডিপ্লোমা।
- নিবন্ধন: বাংলাদেশ নার্সিং কাউন্সিলের নিবন্ধন থাকতে হবে।

বয়সসীমা ও আবেদনকারীদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শর্ত
এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির অধিকাংশ পদের ক্ষেত্রে ১ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ তারিখে সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমা ৩২ বছর। গবেষণা কর্মকর্তা পদের ক্ষেত্রে সরকারি চাকরিতে নিয়োজিত প্রার্থীদের জন্য বিজ্ঞপ্তির শর্ত অনুযায়ী বয়স ৩৫ বছর পর্যন্ত শিথিলযোগ্য।
আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক হতে হবে। শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অর্জনের পরীক্ষায় অবতীর্ণ কিন্তু প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা এখনো অর্জন করেননি—এমন প্রার্থীদের আবেদন না করার নির্দেশনা বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে রয়েছে।
একাধিক পদে আবেদন করা যেতে পারে, যদি প্রার্থী সংশ্লিষ্ট পদগুলোর যোগ্যতা পূরণ করেন। তবে প্রতিটি পদের জন্য আলাদা নিবন্ধন ও আলাদা আবেদন ফি দিতে হবে।

বিশেষ শ্রেণির প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে ৫০ টাকার ফি প্রযোজ্য কি না, তা মূল বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে দেওয়া শর্তের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে নিশ্চিত হতে হবে।
BPSC Non-Cadre Job Circular 2026-এ অনলাইনে আবেদন করার নিয়ম
আবেদন করতে নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:
- বাংলাদেশ সরকারি কর্ম কমিশনের ওয়েবসাইট bpsc.gov.bd অথবা BPSC Teletalk ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করুন।
- Non-Cadre নিয়োগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি নির্বাচন করুন।
- বিজ্ঞপ্তি নম্বর ৮৩–৯৬/২০২৬ (সমন্বিত) এবং পদের যোগ্যতা ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
- অনলাইনে BPSC Form-5A পূরণ করুন।
- নির্ধারিত মাপ ও ফাইল সাইজ অনুযায়ী সাম্প্রতিক রঙিন ছবি ও স্বাক্ষর আপলোড করুন।
- ফরমের সব তথ্য যাচাই করে আবেদন জমা দিন।
- Applicant’s Copy ডাউনলোড বা প্রিন্ট করে User ID সংরক্ষণ করুন।
- বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে দেওয়া নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী Teletalk প্রিপেইড নম্বর থেকে SMS-এর মাধ্যমে আবেদন ফি পরিশোধ করুন।
- পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলে পাওয়া তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করুন এবং পরবর্তীতে নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী প্রবেশপত্র ডাউনলোড করুন।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: ফি জমা দেওয়ার আগে আবেদনপত্রের তথ্য ভালোভাবে যাচাই করুন। বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী ফি জমা দেওয়ার পর আবেদনপত্র সংশোধনের সুযোগ থাকে না।
